Yearly hosting plans come with a 30 day refund policy. You can request a refund within the first 30 days if you are not satisfied.

Monthly plans include a 7 day refund window. After 7 days refunds are not possible.
Domain Refund Policy
Domains are non refundable. Once registered they cannot be reversed because domain registrars do not allow cancellation.
